Japan's Foreign Misiter Taro Aso claims that because of their race (Asian), they could bring peace with the Arabs who are constain fighting "white blonde haired blue eyed Americans". This coming from a country that pulled out of the war over a year ago. It wouldn't matter what race you are.The least they could do is go back and send some supplies.
