To all who it may concern,

There have been recent reports in the news lately of businesses, corporations, governments, religious organization, and especially educational institutions punishing individuals for content either as text, images, video, or audio, online on the Interent OFFSITE and OFF THE CLOCK of the parties who this letter is addressed to, from this point forward will be refered to as "The Parties". The parties DO NOT have the right and CAN NOT reserve the right to use posted content against individuals, groups, or other parties unless that content UNDENIABLY DOES pose a significant threat against other individuals, groups, or parties, damage of property, loss of revenue, or IS a form of slander, libel, bias, or discrimation. Ordering the removal of such content that COULD BE USED, BUT DOES NOT, pose a signifcant threat against other indiviudals, groups, parties, property, revenue, or reputation IS NOT grounds for the removal of posted content, even by court order, subpoena, warrent, or amicus curiae. Furthermore, the content posted online CAN NOT be used as reason to deny individuals, groups, or other parties of any opporitunity or benefits and CAN NOT be used as evidence against them.

In relevance to this website, BushidoHacks.com, the contents on this domain or any of it subdomains or any participants who contribute or post content on this domain or subdomains may not be discrimiatated for any graphic language, graphic content, accidents, opinions, media, or any content there of that prohibits them of any opporitunity or benefits of any kind by any party!

Likewise, users should be responsible and held accountable for what they post on this website or any of its subdomains.

If they post any content while ONSITE or ON THE CLOCK of the addressed parties, party may hold their personal accountable EXCEPT when they are OFFSITE and OFF THE CLOCK.

Their behavior, conduct, or actions OFFSITE and OFF THE CLOCK is thier own time to spend to do what ever they wish and shall NOT be dicated by any of the parties.

Individuals have the right to speak freely and to report any complaints, grevances, information, criminal activity, and usage of legal action or altruism of the parties who may be using these strageys to absovle any accountability, responsibility, damages, or crimes they have commited to whitewash their appearance.

The only penance that will suffice for any of the parties is to be accountable and to be responsibile themselves, just as they expect such from other expect the same in return.

The Internet may be run by government and corporate entities, but it belongs to the people who have created this online realm. The people who have created this online realm support the right to protect the free speech that has passed throught the wires of this global worldwide network long before corporate entities took over most of the Interent and long after the corporate entites did not want to participate in such a grand experiment in the first place. The Internet is has always been a great place for commerce, but the big corporations did not become interested in e-commerce themselves until they saw how much money was being genrated by such a young industry they sought to destroy. The business, telecommunications, and media industries has been doing this to the cable and internet industries for years.

It is hypocritical that the same people who did not want to be apart of this world that is known as "The Internet" now want to covet every bit of data and every node that is part of it. The Internet does not belong to any business, telecommuncations, or media company. It is not AT&T's network, or Microsoft's network or AOL's network or IBM's network, or the Recording Industry Association of America's network, or the Motion Picture Association of America's Network, or Time Warner's network, or Viacom's network, or Disney's network, or the NewYork Times network, or the Federal Communcations Commission's network, or who ever else claims it to be their network!

So as long as there is a breath in any human being willing to defend the Internet, a world created by computer scientist, hackers, computer enthusiasts, cyberpunks, computer geeks and nerds, phreaks, math genious, computer programmers, software developers, and social engineers, it will never belong to any of the parties!

The people who created the Interent are like the Native Americans, of which the settlers (the parties) claimed that they found it, that they own it, and that they can enforce laws against natives and the settlers to create what they believe is an ideal civilization as well as an economy, religion, and educational system based on LIMITED knowledge and to downplay, censor, or create disinformation to deny or obscure any new knowlege that could change the status quo or be used to beat the system.

Those who are in power forget that they are infallible and that they can not control change the change of one's social position as they can not control the forces of nature.

Contrary to what the settlers believe, it is the natives who own this realm. The natives created the technology that the settlers have either suppressed, stole, capitolized, exploited, or condemned for their own finanical or infuential gain.

This letter is a reminder to the settlers that the natives are in control and that the natives will defend their realm from the rules of status quo imposed by the aging settlers that prevent natives and settlers from creating innovative changes to this world. The Internet itself can not be possessed by any party because it does not have a tangelbe, physical form. While the content on The Internet may qualify as intellectual property, The Internet itself is NOT intellectual property.

Do NOT fear anyone who threaten to sue you for the content that you post on The Internet, but be mindful of other when you do.

The best advice that I will offer is to support the people who created the Internet, support free speech online, and oppose control over free speech online!

Defend your free speech from those who threaten it!

Sincerely,
